Valentine’s Day is all about indulgence—moments of love, beautifully set tables, and of course, desserts that feel like an experience. Whether you’re celebrating with someone special, your closest friends, or just treating yourself (because why not?), there’s something magical about baking something rich, decadent, and unforgettable.
And that’s exactly what these Red Velvet Brownies are.

They’re not just brownies—they’re luxuriously dense, impossibly fudgy, and infused with that signature red velvet tang. The deep cocoa flavor is balanced with a subtle hint of vanilla, all mixed with white chocolate chips that melts into every bite. They’re a little dramatic, a little elegant, and completely irresistible—just like the best Valentine’s desserts should be.
So let’s get baking. Because love should be celebrated—with chocolate. ❤️
Red Velvet Brownies With White Chocolate
Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons red food coloring
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, whisk together eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 mins.
Add the melted chocolate, vegetable oil, white vinegar, red food coloring and vanilla extract into the batter and mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the batter and mix together, just until combined. Add in the white chocolate chips and mix with spatula.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 mins.
Once completely cooled, remove from pan and cut into squares.
Serving & Storage Tips
These brownies are even better the next day! The flavors deepen, making them even richer.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for a fudgier texture.
The Perfect Valentine’s Treat
There’s something about red velvet that just feels romantic. Maybe it’s the deep red hue, or the balance of richness and lightness. Either way, these brownies are the perfect mix of indulgence and elegance, making them just right for sharing (or keeping all to yourself—we won’t judge).
Happy baking, and happy Valentine’s! ❤️
