For nearly a decade, Ginger & Spice has grown out of my tiny kitchen and into your homes, birthdays, weddings, and Tuesday nights that just needed a little something sweet.

I’ve poured my heart into every cookie box, every swirl of buttercream, every handwritten note on your orders. And while the flour and sugar haven’t changed — something inside me has.

I’ve grown.

You’ve grown with me.

And now it’s time for Ginger & Spice to grow, too.

Why the Change?

This shift isn’t just about pricing or logistics — it’s about alignment. It’s about focusing on the work that lights me up the most: crafting beautiful, intentional cakes and curated dessert experiences that elevate life’s most meaningful moments.

Over time, I found myself stretched thin by one-off orders, chasing volume instead of artistry. The truth? I want to go deeper, not wider. I want to create edible experiences, not just desserts. I want to serve you better — not more. In order to do that, I had to make some space.

What’s Changing?

Here’s what you can expect as I move into this new season of Ginger & Spice:

A Shift Away from Small Orders

As of now, all custom cake and dessert orders begin at $100. This ensures that each order receives the attention, care, and artistry it deserves.

The only exceptions still available on the website are:

The Cookie Bliss Box – a fan-favorite that’s still bringing joy in 24 sweet bites

The Celebration Box – perfect for mini milestones and heartfelt gifts

These two offerings will remain for now, but may be phased out later as well.

Soon, you’ll see a beautiful refresh to the Cakes page on my website, featuring a curated menu of cake designs — each with its own elevated flair. You’ll be able to choose from:

All custom cake designs will begin at $150, with upgrades and embellishments available to make your vision come to life.

This is the part I’m most excited about!

For weddings, showers, birthdays, and milestone celebrations, I’m now offering Luxury Cake & Dessert Packages — complete with a signature cake and a curated spread of matching sweets.

What’s Staying the Same?

This part is important, because while the offerings are changing, I’m not.

You’ll still find me in the kitchen, piping with purpose and baking with heart. I’ll still be the one responding to your messages, helping you dream up the perfect cake. I’ll always be here to make your moments sweeter, more beautiful, and more you!
