I absolutely LOVED being in a smaller setting to decorate and learn techniques. Being able to ask specific questions was incredibly beneficial, and helped me to feel more confident in what I was trying to create! I couldn't say enough great things about Carla and her studio. I have attended three of Carla's cake classes and have thoroughly enjoyed all of them. Not only did I learn unique cake decorating techniques, but I also brought home beautiful (and delicious!) creations for my friends and family to enjoy. Carla is patient and conscientious and takes the time to make sure you understand what you are doing. She has all the necessary tools ready to use, and I always leave feeling well-prepared to apply my newfound skills on my own!
